INGREDIENTS
🍅 1Kg of
Tomatoes
🥒 1
Cucumber
🫑 3
Peppers
🧅 1/2 of an
Onion
🧄 2 cloves of
Garlic
🍞 2 slices of
Bread
1/3 glass of
Extra olive oil
Salt &
Vinegar
1 – Wash, peel and cut the tomatoes and cucumbers into pieces.
2 – Then wash and cut the peppers and half the onion.
3 – Moisten the bread with water and virgin olive oil and add to the rest of the ingredients with one or two cloves of garlic, depending on your preference. You can also add some cumin.
4 – Finally add some salt and vinegar and let it cool. If it is too thick, you can add a few ice cubes. Served with a few pieces of cucumber and bread on separate plates.
