Zucchini

 🥔 1 Kg of

Potatoes

🧅 1

Onion

🧀 3 portions of
fresh Cheese

 Olive oil

🧂 Salt

Concentrated beef stock

🥖 Homemade croutons

1 – Peel, chop and cook the zucchini courgettes, the potatoes and the onions

2 – Add salt and a dash of olive oil

3 – When cooked, mix through the blender with three small soft cheeses, the beef stock, until it has the desired consistency

4 – Serve it with some homemade bread croutons.
